Great jewelry and staff. But make certain you purchase the item you want, and dont dare pay with cash. They have tailored their return policy to benefit them and only them. You will not be given your cash back, but rather they will hold it for future purchases, or snail-mail a check. They don't accept checks, but expect their customers to accept theirs!! I've purchased $2,500 worth of jewelry in the last 8 months from this store and have another $1k on layaway at their Bel Air store, and I couldn't get $120 refund tonight. I love my salesperson, and I will miss working with her; but I will give all future business to Smyth from this point on. Sad, I try to buy local and support my community business owners. Make sure you love what you buy and or have other means to purchase elsewhere while they hold your money.
