Before I got to the post office Ms. Owens went above and beyond to help me with my paperwork. I really appreciated the time patience and care shown. Also when I came in Maria was excellent very patient and helpful.Long line true but that did not stop her from making sure I had my forms signed and properly addressed. Not sure of the other workers too, but I believe they are a great post office team.

Just like the majority has already confirmed, the employees lack professionalism. They have very nonchalant, dismissive attitudes. Now I go to USPS’ competitors for my shipping needs. USPS wouldn’t have to worry about losing revenue if they actually hired respectful people.
