FYE

I love this store. Yes I know there are other malls with an FYE, however, this location is far superior to other locations because it has a much better selection. For example, in the FYE in Arundel Mills, I only found two Foreigner albums, and I wasn't too crazy about either of them. Then I went to this location, and I found a bunch of Foreigner albums, and I found one that I wanted. And I thought the staff was very polite; one of the cashiers even pointed out that he used to have the Foreigner CD that I bought and he really liked it. I would definitely come back to this place to buy more great CDs.

Worst customer service experience I've ever had. This store signed me up for the backstage pass without my permission, then when I called to "cancel" it they refused to give me my money back.
