We picked up food we had ordered online, food was not ready. Cashier was rude. Get home and the food was cold. Felt like it just came out of a refrigerator. Called to inform them of this. They said they would remake it. Went back and they called us lairs and that we just wanted free food. And talked about us to other employees. I love chipotle but I will not return to this one. This location is normally slow and unfriendly but being aggressive toward customers and rude is the last straw.
