Horrible slow service, waited about two hours for a car reservation I had made. Not enough employees working there coupled with moderately incompetent employees makes the experience miserable and ineffective. On top of that, employees apparently filled out a satisfaction survey for me that claimed I was very happy with the service and that I waited less than 15 minutes.
