Agent Janette Shivka failed to have the home I rented licensed by the city. It later failed city inspections. She lied and stole my social security money. Worst experience I ever had and I've bought over a dozen homes in my lifetime. The home she rented to me had mouse droppings so thick they had to be scraped away. Oven never worked. Central air failed and she said "opps, I forgot to file the warranty, I'll file it now and you can tell the ac company it just broke (lie to them)" She told me to fix city ordered repairs and lie to the city about how they were repaired by me instead of a licensed company. Don't list or buy from her. (This review is written for my friend, not me. It's honest, but out of fear of retribution, well you know)
