Great Clips

I have been going here since they opened. Haircuts are rarely good but I'm not very picky and the place is convenient. High staff turnover. There have been some good staff but they are far and few between. Most recently I got a haircut that was botched and had to be fixed by a more experienced staff member (who was excellent, btw). I also purchased some hair product which turned out to have been opened, used, and stale. The staff was not trained to provide refunds (and actually took 30 minutes to figure out how to sell the product to me in the first place). They've permanently lost this customer. I would blame management.
