I took my truck In for two leaks in the radiator I wrote this on the service ticket I filled out they called said the hose needed replaced I okayed the work called a while later said it was good to pickup they test drive it and it’s good to go I picked it up drove it home and it still was leaking from the same area I returned truck to dealer and this time I needed a new radiator the first time it was just a hose now a new radiator. They called with a price LOL told me it was going to be another $1000 that because I had to bring it back they took off some of the price to help me out, now I’m $1600 in the hole for a radiator and a hose I looked up the price online and to purchase the hose, clamp and the radiator it was around $300 and a lifetime warranty for the radiator. I’m sure they get the parts much cheaper than that but $1400+ for labor for less than a days work Is outrageous yes you need to make money but this isn’t just making money every time I’ve had to have something repaired here the labor costs are way high for the amount of time spent working on it. Just another way to get more money from a customer I also purchased the truck from there brand new had 0.05 miles on it when I drove it off the lot I didn’t even test drive it. Where is the credit for the loyalty to the dealer and the brand? Yes, I would much rather take my truck there for service because that’s what they work on day after day but I suppose I’ll have to look around next time for something more reasonable. And why should I have to pay for antifreeze twice it wasn’t my fault that the job wasn’t completed correctly I guess that’s why I got the super discount (NOT) for my double truck repair that should have been done rite the first time. They want you to give a great review but then they do stuff like this. Hopefully one day I can give a good review if I have to have service again.
Again, why be loyal to the brand and the dealer if this is how they do there people.
