Pretty much down right disrespectful pathetic service. I was directed to the back for tech support. Where I signed in and was ignored for ten minutes by five tech reps due to a pretty lady in front of me having phone issues. How many tech reps does it take to help a pretty lady? One maybe two (tech rep and manager) but not ALL of them!! How much input is really given? Unless you are a pretty woman wearing a tight dress you're better off driving the extra twenty minutes to the Columbia branch. Which is always busy because they know how to treat their customers
