Showed up to work and started the repair but never returned. After we left messages for a week with their answering service and on Roberts cell phone. We hired another company who was very professional and completed the service the same day we called.

Engle Heating and Cooling did the original installation on our heating and cooling system. Last Spring, on a service call, Engle determined that there was a leak in the air conditioning system. They recharged the system and recommended that we wait until Fall to correct the problem stating that they "would make good" on their original installation. In the Fall, Engle performed a pressure test on the system and were to return in order to isolate the location of the leak. They never returned and repeated calls to them over a 3 month period have been ignored. I am extremely disappointed in Engle and would not recommend using them on original installations nor on repairs or service contracts.
