Yankee Candle

I love yankee. Candles smell great. Customer service is very poor. I tried to order online but after searching for the products I wanted, almost completing check out, it told me to try again later. When I did, half of the items were sold out. So I removed those sold out items & tried again & still got an error. I had to then order over the phone. Then my order was delayed. They sent me a coupon for the inconvenience. I attempted it online again which didn't work of course. The same thing happened where it told me to try again later. The customer rep told me to delete my cookies & cache etc. which i did, but still no luck. When i called they were unable to help because it was a personalized candle. Because I received an error code when attempting to order, it assumed I used my coupon & it was then invalid. The rep told me they didnt know how to fix it or replace the coupon. They told me to try it in the store but the manager wouldn't accept it. This IS the short version. Needless to say after 4 trips to the store & a huge nightmare, I am done with yankee.
