Mail Bag Plus

I’ve been here many times for shipping both UPS and Fedex. Not once have I been decently greeted or treated as a valued customer. Today I dropped off three boxes for FedEx that were prepaid. Not one word was said to me as he scanned the labels. Another customer came in a he said come on up to her - she said she didn’t want to get in front of us - he said, “ they don’t have a place, they’re prepaid.” Now why does he treat people this way when this is one of the only fedex drop offs around town? It takes him less than 30 seconds to scan my three boxes. And he thinks he should be paid for that? I have given them many chances to just be nice as this is a small town. I’m finished. I will drive to Newark from now on. He lost my business for any other personal shipping I may do. What an absolute ass!

Worked with me through email and in person to get the custom work we needed done. Called a few other places and they couldn’t do the job, but MBP could. Very friendly and helpful, would work with again!

I wouldn't even give this a star. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! The owner is a total moron and a dick! He most likely stole my package and made me pay obnoxious amounts to ship it in the first place. When I called after 3 weeks of not receiving my package (after sending it priority overnight) he was so nonchalant and said "well UPS loses about 1 out of 6 deliveries per year". I can't believe this lazy ass incompetent person still has a business. It was a mistake to go here. Waste of my money and my time!
