Dr. Brent Birely: Plastic & Cosmetic Surgeon

Dr Birely made an overpromise for B Cups and didn’t deliver. While that fell short and a spot where it looks sloppy stitched up and the nipples could’ve been better I am satisfied with his work for the plastic surgery because it’s hard to come by good breast reduction work in Baltimore. I was a bit shocked after I received additional charges after being told my insurance will cover it all. I did not care for that at all. Was very sketchy. His aftercare follow up is a bit harsh and touch and go. Just seems like his bedside demeanor disappears after he gets paid and does the job. The older woman that is his assistant is just amazing and made the pre and post op great. I like the smaller facility where he did the surgery. Was nice to be in and out. Would recommend him overall.
