They continue to lose my documents and then make decisions that affect my life. They created three case files in their computer system for my case by accident and then proceeded to lose all of them. They never return voicemails even though you are just continuously sent to someone's voicemail. No one has a straight answer about what's going on. They continue to make mistakes and try to blame me even when I have evidence that they failed. The defensiveness is uncanny when you ask for help or assistance when all of the FAQ's tell you to ask them for help. In my most current situation. I mailed appeal documents a month and a week ago from this date. I was told no one can find them and that I should come in to the office in person and ask around and see if anyone has seen the package I mailed to them over a month and a week ago. Then I was directed to another voicemail. This is ridiculous. How are these people employed there?
