In Detail:
Food: I love the food, let me say that. I religiously buy here...but it is a gamble. Either the food is fresh-or it is not...don't bet your last penny on fry quality, please. But if you want unsalted fries that are fresh yo will find them here... (menu hack #1-do *not* order them until you arrive. They only take another 1:30 to prepare). Subs, A1 in the game..on a good day. If you miss and they eff up, well...story is you're short. Pizza? Eh, there are better pizza places around.
Customer Service: Right. About that. It exists depending on the staff's mood. The manager ( I won't say his name here, but *hint*..Indian guy, blue shirt..), can be scathingly and obnoxiously rude. He does the delivery himself because the polite staff he does manage to hire ends up quitting within weeks. It is just intolerable I'd imagine to work here as a career and it is blindingly obvious in the staff interaction. Customers even say to a cashier that another staff member shouldn't talk to another a certain way. That is 1.) Not professional, and 2.) Simply bad business.
Cleanliness: Generally clean, but it is up to whatever staff member wants to clean at this moment.
Health Standards: I've seen staff reach and grab things bare hand and shortchange ingredients because a slice of cheese won't go noticed missing whilst melted apparently. That's just not cool in the streets, or for anyone.
Food Quality: Generally, A1 out here. When it is good, it is vindictively fantastic. When it is bad..it is disrespectfully horrible.
Online Ordering: This is generally the most atrocious website I've ever seen. It looks like it was made in the early 2000's, and lacks updates very clearly. Most coupons don't seem to work (Menu Hack#2: You can literally just use the same coupon over and over due to a lack of a validity protocol). It is painful to navigate basically. Just call or better yet, appear in person.
Conclusion: Wonderful food when made right, obnoxiously terrible and maddeningly horrific customer service by all staff (and those that are actually nice end up quitting in a short period due to obvious disrespect from the outside looking in and move on with life), generally clean (for a necessity you might want to watch the food made. You'll get glares, but hey..this is whats going in your body, right?) There is an obvious air of stress approaching the counter but if you plan to be in and out, this shouldn't concern you. So order a few times and *you* be the judge :)
