I got terrible work and customer service. They broke the window in my basement door and would pay to replace the unfixable door until I took the company to small claims court. They settled out of court. However, they also create a bigger drainage problem with the cheaper outside drain they installed that keeps getting clogged after their install of this drain. Twice I had to pay professional drain cleaners to unclog my outside drain. I have lived in my home for 24 years and never had problems with the outside drain clogging and needing professionals to unclog it. This drain needs to correct with the proper type of drain made for an outside basement drain system, such as I had before they installed the french drain.
