(I believe her name was) Ashley (larger african american woman with long black wavy hair that works in the pharmacy) went ballistic on me over the phone when I called to ask a simple question about my prescription. Since it was a new prescription it said "counsel" on the bag but when I was given the prescription I was only asked if I had any questions. I didn't until I came home and realized that the new prescription was slightly different from what I've been taking the last few months. I called, and before I could even finish asking my question, she started speaking to me with a hostile and unprofessional tone saying "What's the issue? You said you'd taken it before. I should've never helped you in the first place, etc, etc..." I tried to explain that there was no issue, that I had taken it before but it had been about 10 years since then and I just had a simple question to ask. She cut me off and said "well if there's no issue, then bye." And HUNG UP ON ME. I couldn't believe how unprofessional this woman was. She should not be working with the general public if she cannot control her temper and explodes over someone attempting to ask her a question. I called back and Iyvonne was able to answer my question but I am too humiliated and upset by how I was treated to ever fill another prescription or shop at this CVS again.

I was in and out in a few minutes. The staff was friendly and helpful.
