Office staff can be rude and unhelpful. The reason for the two stars is the on-call/urgent doctor. She's great.

Excellent hospital. My experience is great with this hospital. Clean environment. Friendly and courteous staff. Call on time for appointment. Whenever I went I didn't have to wait. They call me on time except one time where my wait time is 10 minutes. But doctor didn't take 10 minutes. She came before that. Whenever I call I got response same time from them or doctor. If dr. With patient they left the message and she called me back in 15 minutes. On urgent matter they gave appointment quickly not fat away. Same day appointments. If not urgent still get easy appointments. Nice doctor. If everything okay then she said no need to come for check up. If it's urgent then you can go. Some dr, keep saying patients to come even they feel good only to make money but my doctor is not like that. I will recommend others go to that hospital if they need to go to hospital
