Pediatric Partners

On 3/28/17. I took my granddaughter to follow up on her bronchitis and mild pneumonia. The doctor was fine but the front desk was not so good. A lot of attitude, arrogance. My granddaughter 9yrs old has been going there for awhile. Mom forgot to give me her insurance cards. They had me to try to pull my daughter out of a meeting at her job to get copies of the card. First time not having. Told her everything is the same. I asked her can she still be seen. She did not answer. I had another option to sign a form to guarantee pymt. If insurance is not good. I felt like she should have did this in the first place. I was able to get the ins. Acct# from one of my daughter's employees, she didn't want that, she said I need a copy of the card. My baby was eventually seen. I didn't get this receptionist name but on this day she had her hair in an updo with a bun. This was the same one that was rude over the phone when my daughter scheduled it. She was really unpleasant. I'm thinking about filing a formal complaint. My grand baby goes back on April 19th. Hopefully she will have a better attitude.
