This is an Ellicott City's institution. The facility is decorated with Navy and Army photos and replica. Andy has been giving haircuts for many years. He takes time to do a custom cut. A great value for $11+ tip. If you are in a rush, go elsewhere. The other barber Phyllis is good too.

Being a Vietnam veteran himself, Andy has always shown great American pride from his red, white, and blue colored shop signs to the vast tokens of US history covering the walls. The shop boasts many tributes to all US branches of services that cover almost every inch of each wall.

Not a good place for haircut. People are very slow and they took about an hour to cut my boys hair.
