Elkton Lodge

First of all we are oversize truck drivers and needed a place to stay asap due to winter storm Quinn snowing us in with a travel ban on oversize loads. We came here and wow. You are greeted by Lata the owners dog in the office. She is just the sweetest baby. We had a warm welcome and he put us and our fellow travelers close to one another and the owner is awesome just to get directions or just to talk. The rooms are very comfortable and cozy. The beds are just right. Super clean and well kept rooms. We will stay here every time we come thru. You get a welcome home feeling for a very reasonable price. That and I think my dog fell in love with his dog Miss Lata. Overall could not have asked for a better hotel switch several restaurants nearby and pizza delivery etc. They truly make you feel at home and that is unusual now a days. If you travel this way do yourself a favor and stay here. Meet the owner and Lata and start enjoying your stay. I really can't say enough nice things about this lodge. For 61.00 we got a nice room very clean and saved alot of money compared to the other hotels in the area. It's actually only like 53 plus tax. I will spread the word to our company so that other drivers can take the opportunity to get a great nights rest and be comfy. 10 stars!!!!!!!
