Willison Oil Inc

We have used Willison Oil Inc. for our heating fuel supplier for 3 years. We have had furnace problems twice, at the worse possible times and always on the coldest days of the year! I cannot say how much I appreciate the professionals at Willison Oil and how promptly they responded to our needs. Last night, the heater just stopped working. It was going to be the coldest night of the year. I knew Willison Oil was closed for the weekend, but left a voicemail message hoping they would schedule us first thing Monday. Early this morning, Sunday, I got a call from Joe with Willison Oil and he aid he just heard out heater was out and he would be here to fix it in just a few mins. I couldn't believe it! He came out, fixed it in a few mins. and was so nice. Every time I have have a need for their services, be it a need for fuel or for repairs, they have responded immediately. I couldn't recommend a company with a a higher rating for customer service, professionalism, or being as accommodating as possible! I have always been skeptical of repairmen, but 100% trust any of the representatives of Willison Oil. They always identify the problem so fast and never take advantage of a repair situation. I wouldn't use anyone else or recommend another company for heating and cooling repairs or as a fuel supplier! I feel more like family with this company than just a customer!
