Sorry Jim Coleman Honda but after dealing with your service center I bought a Toyota. Not 100% your fault but you lost a 10 year 4 car Honda guy over a warranty on a broken seat belt. Offering 50% was not fair for a guy that was ready for a new lease. The $150 could have been taken off a trade you made no offer. However I'm great full cause I love my new Toyota Highlander it blows your pilot away.
