The Churchill Pub and Restaurant

Disappointing. I was there early on Friday. We were seated quickly and our beverage order taken. I ordered the Fish and Chips. The food came in a reasonable amount of time. I found the portion to be quite large and piping hot. The batter on the Fish was way too much and greasy. The fish was hot, flakey and very well cooked but the amount of batter on the fish was overwhelming. The Chips were generic steak fries hot and salt less. We also ordered the Beer Chesse and Pretzels, also disappointing. The pretzels were hot but the Beer cheese tasted more like Velveeta. BEST thing I has was my soda. Won't be back.
