I had a terrible experience at this service station. Failed my car for its muffler saying it wasn't "original equipment." We went back in telling him that the muffler was stamped Toyota. He told us that he only eyeballed the muffler and failed it because he thought it wasn't original equipment. He didn't even actually look at the muffler itself. He was in violation of MD inspection requirement for the car by not actually inspecting the muffler and for failing it just by eyeballing it. Also the customer service was non-existent. The lady at the front desk shook her head at my mother and I when we explained to the service technician that we contacted Toyota and that the muffler was indeed original equipment.
