oh where do I start?!?!?! I never seen a more incompetent group of people in my life!! This is the first review i've ever done in my life and these people took me past the point of angry. It got to the point where it just became ignorance. First of all I show up and they have no idea about my online(app) order so then I take about 10-15 mins trying to figure out where my order went to. Well I guess it takes about that long for it to pop up on your order history so I had no way of showing them I ordered something so I left and went to a different taco bell because I just couldn't handle the dumbness of these people to begin with and I just assumed it never went through. So I got my food at the other taco bell and I double checked to see if that original order popped up in the order history and it did so I went back! I walk in and the idiotic "Manager" said oh right when you left it popped up and I said ok whatever thats fine. So I stand there for another 20 mins waiting for my "Mobile Order" order and about 10 people have come and gone since I got there so im pretty pissed off now as anyone else would be. Then the idiotic "Manager" comes back to me and says "oh they threw your order away when you left the first time"......mind you I already been standing there 20 mins for him to tell me that. It took every ounce of energy I had to hold myself back from slapping the hell out of this guy. So after spending my full hour of my lunch break oh i mean the 1 hour and 20 min lunch break that I had to explain to my boss when i got back at Taco Bell because of the incompetence of these stupid stupid people I finally got my food. So I hope this review can atleast save 1 person from the misery of the stupidness that is taking place in that establishment.
