Poor... unknowledgeable employee sent me to wrong department instead of admitting he didn't know. Didn't have T-47 wrench...not a good trip

We've come here for the last time. The employees stand around and simply watch you look aimlessly for items. If you ask for help you're always directed to another useless employee. We always have to go outside to find a cart. Then to top off the terrible experience the cashiers are always rude. Last winter we were ignored for 20 minutes (I was very obviously 9 months pregnant at the time) and we ended up having to leave and go to Salisbury instead. Today we were never asked if we needed any help. While we were trying to look through some doors, FOUR male employees just stared at us and talked amongst themselves. The cashier was the best employee we saw today and she was still grumpy and unfriendly. We will be taking our business to Lowes in Salisbury from now on.
