The branch manager had me wait nearly 30 before coming out to see me! Then declined to cash a check that had my name on it and state "for" my tenants name. I go to another location and had the check cashed in 5 mins. I called back to speak to her and the tellers hung the phone up on my twice! I went back to the branch and told her that I was hung up on she stated "ok!" She's a certified POS!
