Vanessa is the best and I mean that. She dealt with us even though she,was off the clock. Her customer service skills are what we need to see more of as consumers. Your company needs more people like her She is genuine and very friendly. I really would take up to much space with the praise I want to give het. From the moment we met her until the end she was on the money. I mean u really need more folk like her. Most definitely the best experience I have ever had at a storage unit.
