I was there for an event. The lady charged us $40 and gave us a ticket to gain entry into the parking garage. Upon exiting, I saw people paying to exit. I was confused, why were people paying twice. When we left, the say lady and others were asking people if they paid. I thought that was weird since she charged us to gain entry. We didn't pay a second time to exit. This needs to be looked into as being fraudulent.
