My friend and I ordered a margherita pizza, and in addition to it being 20 minutes later than promised, we were told it had olives on it. After waiting a few minutes for a new one to be made, the employee offered us a refund and gave us the pizza with olives on it. We were happy with this, but when we brought it home to eat it, the pizza was soggy and the dough seemed undercooked. All of the toppings slid off as soon as we picked up a piece. When we called, they told us the tomatoes were not drained and that they tried to explain. But they shouldn't have let us walk out of the store with that mess.
