Today September 1, 2016 I stood in the Baltimore, erdman Ave location Auto Zone waiting to get my altanator tested I waited for 42 minutes called their headquarters got no resolution called and spoke the Mike, a manager and he didn't know how to work the machine. What a joke that place is so I went to Pep Boys spent just a little more but LoVe the service. I Will always dislike Advamce
