Poor customer service. False advertisement. Bought an item and was promised a working lock and key. The company never called back to inform the customer they were unable to locate the missing part. When contacted, the employees/owner were sassy and rude. Wouldn't even offer compensation. Would not recommend or have repeat business. Hired store help solicited for tips. Bad experience.
