ZIPS Dry Cleaners

Just picked up my clothes. Sad to say, I’m not happy. My sweaters are stretched so much. My crew necks are now boat neck. One sweater is now a dress! One of blouse was not cleaned, still wrinkled and has an odor. Another, it has a brown stain. All the sweaters were hung, not folded. Real dry cleaners know to fold the sweaters to prevent stretching.
