100% will not order here again. Placed a order at 9:30 for some wings called in at 10:20 to check on my food and get a eta on the delivery. A very unprofessional and rude guy answered I explained to him I wanted to know when the food is gonna arrive. Guy place me on hold for 10mins. Hung up and called back same thing over and over again. Finally after I called back 5x the guy didn’t hang up first thing I hear is yelling and commotion. Please keep in mind after dealing with this guy I was super mad but I kept it kind. Once the guy finally came back his first words “ man what’s your problem I got your address your food is on his way “ how can you have my address if you never got my name or address VERY CONFUSED. I asked for the manager he told there’s no managers here. Ok no manager. Obviously this guy got the picture that I was Fed up instantly Changed his attitude. Asked for my name and order and did some research after a few seconds he located it. 10mins later food arrives. PLEASE PREPARE YOURSELF FOR A VERY CONFUSING & BLOOD RUSHING ORDEAL
