Chicago dog was excellent except it did not have celery seed sprinkled on it. Italian beef was tender but extremely salty. But worst of all the roll they use is all wrong. It sops up all the gravy and makes the bread a mushy mess. Authentic Italian beef is made with French bread. Gardinera is good.
