this practice is full of it. the front office staff is absolutely rude, they answer the phone and put you right on hold without saying "could you please hold". they keep you waiting for a long time, if i have an appt at 11 i wont get back until almost 12 and have to deal with answering questions to the students, then having to repeat myself again for the doctor. i do not recommend this practice for new patients.
