There customer services for inside and phone are the worst I had ever deal with. They don't even deserve the one star.
1st when you can make a payment online you cannot use credit card 2ndTo pay inside you can only use cash
3rd Phone customer service is very rude can't be on speaker only can talk to one person very weird rules
4th When you ask a question they tell you other information and don't understand what you're asking.
They are not in business to help you in any form or fashion please stay away from the Wells Fargo and less you want to be seriously and inconvenience
