We had Bill build our deck a few years ago. It took multiple call-backs (some with threats) before the job was satifactorily completed. Now, the deck is literally falling apart. The outside Azek boards that frame the edge of the deck are falling off because they shot the nails in too far. The deck material itself is also poorly installed and I've had to go under the deck many times to fix places where a board butts up to the edge of the trim and fix it. These guys just dont know what they are doing.
Additionally, the ProCell/Azek material has warped, stain, and scratched. "Maintenance Free" - yeah right, but the Azek people are horrible to work with and suggested I use Deck Max to make the deck look new again. I checked and it would cost just under $200 per year to "maintain" my deck with this chemical. Many lessons learned with this fiasco!
Also, its really funny that the only positive review here (from Oct 5, 2010) is from "yostcontracting". They reviewed themselves!
