Took my father who is older all the way down to this car show no public parking left so just so we didint have to drive all the way back home I decided to just enter my convertible corvette in the show so my dad could look at some cases .My Mom passed away Christmas Day this year so this is our first car show outing and wanted it to be a good memory. Well we asked parking attendant where to park to enter the corvette he showed it us we got out which is hard for my dad due to his knees. We got in line to register car . TOM Alexander shows up in line ubruptly tells us to move the car because we're in the wrong spot I told him your parking lot attendant just parked us there 3 minutes ago . He said well move it I said there no other spots left we just drove through the hole show and this was the last spot. I said are you the one in charge of the show what's your name he said Tom Alexander . I said no problem well just leave . Realizing he was acting rude he said no don't leave but there was no where to park now and I can only image where he would try and put us after being so rude so we had no choice . Over the years Ive giving lots of money to VFWS. Because my Grandpa was Ww2 vet so we try and support them . If Tom Alexander is the face of this car show or represents your VFW in any way he does not do it with the respect I've come to see over the years from the vfw . Shame we had to drive 30 miles for nothing very sad ...
