Verizon Authorized Retailer, TCC

I walked in to this store today to purchase some headphones. I was not greeted until I greeted the two staff members first. I let them know what I was looking for and no one responded. As I started waking to the desk, one guy said "that's all we have right there, some are $29 some are $49". I still thought someone would come to help me but boy was I wrong. I started to ask which ones were which price but changed my mind and left. The customer service was no existent. I wonder what made them not want to help. HMMMM
