My experience with Valley Storage has been very good. My climate controlled building is kept immaculately clean and I have found the office staff to be pleasant in two out of three interactions. This is refreshing in today's day and age of often having to deal with extremely poor customer service. My only personal dissatisfaction is not having (that I can see)small trash receptacles inside or outside of the building.
