The UPS Store

Guess all UPS stores are not created eaual. I sent 2 blue print files to be printed with a request that they be 24X36. When i arrive I notice they are they wrong size. I mention this and the associate tells me that the scale i sent was not the size i requested. Here is my issue: Why did I not receive a phone call or a email letting me know of any issues vs me finding out after driving to the store. Then once I get there I am treated as if I messed up. Manager cones out and passively aggressively tells me to have a good day. I have requested prints before in the same manner from other UPS stores and never had an issue. If something was an issue they had no problem reaching out to me to discuss. I came here on the request of someone associated with the store. Sorry Billy.
