I do not get any joy from leaving a bad review, as I am a business owner and know how tough it is to run one. HOWEVER, I do believe that the public deserves to be notified of truly lackluster service. I do believe places can have "bad days" and that people mess up from time to time but this place is consistently lacking in basic customer service.
