While I was watching T.V the screen suddenly turned off. It was a Saturday and I was assuming that, they wouldn't pick up the phone, or wouldn't be able to come out until the following week. Surprisingly, they picked up and after explaining my issue they said that they would call me back after talking with a technician. Twenty minutes later, they called me back and the technician was able to come out that day! The technician showed up on-time and fixed my TV on site. I highly recommend them!!

For a week, I would turn on my T.V , and in 5 minutes it would turn off. I called Universal Electronics, and he said he would be there in thirty minutes, he came and diagnosed my T.V and said a board was bad. He said that the new part will be here in three days and he would come back and fix it. He came three days later and took out the part and replaced it with no delay. The price was great, and so was the service, I would recommend.
