Why offer a service and not provide it. I ordered an item that required a signature so I put in redelivery since I was going to be home the next day. They never bothered coming to give me my package. So why even bother offering the redelivery option when you clearly were never going to come. A week later decided to just go to the post office and pick up my package. Viewers be warn do not request for redelivery. They should shut down or merge with a more reputable delivery service. Guess that's the benefit of being a union worker. They could careless if people get their package.
