Came to pick up a certified letter 3 times now and its never here. Vanessa has multiple reviews I see and confronts people as well as me with extreme rudeness. You would think that if someone is this unhappy in a customer service job they would either be replaced or retire. I find the time the office is closed to be problematic as well. Closed each day from 2 -315 PM. Cheer up Vanessa! It can't be all the bad seeing many happy people each day!
