Applied for a passport here. The woman was very nice and helpful. Not sure what all the negative reviews are about, possibly a new employee? She was leaving for the day at 12:30 and I showed up at 12:25 and she gladly assisted me. It probably helped that I had all my materials and ds-11 done. I've also never had a problem with the customer service in my multiple visits here.
