This post office is just bad. One person in the office upon entering the area to get any services. Most of the time, they have an attitude as if I am bothering them to get their job done. Other post offices have displayed a more professional customer environment. The post office delivery person fails to follow the basic hold mail program and deliver upon termination. When a hold mail is in place, packages are delivered to the hold mail address by the post office! Don't they read the hold mail request forms. I have NEVER received my held mail upon termination of the hold mail request delivered to the house. I have to go and request it from the post office instead of them following the instructions given on the original hold mail request. It's interesting that after I filed a complaint, I denied another hold mail request with the suspension in my mail box delivered by the carrier with a note to call the station manager. Go figure. I had to file a new hold mail request to reinstate the one that was denied by the post office.
