Never go through USPS in Baltimore. The call center representatives hate their job apparently and have sharp tongues from probably the poor service they reflect. I called to track a package and to pick it up in person and they would transfer the calls without warning or communicating who I was being transferred to. Terrible company. Or just terrible in this location. I’m never choosing usps ever for any of my packages.
